Brain Boosting Smoothie Recipe
1/2 banana (optional, as it will increase the sugar content)
1/2 cup blueberries
1 scoop vanilla grass-fed whey protein powder
1/2 cup coconut milk
Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth texture is reached.
