Exercise. Some love it, some despise it. Yet, at the end of the day, love or hate, we all need movement and exercise in our lives. That is if we want to live a greater quality of life with the greatest capabilities for the longest time possible. By capability I simply mean being able to do every day required effort, like getting out of bed, sitting , standing, lifting, pushing and pulling without assistance. That's one reason to exercise on a weekly basis, however there are many more, including improved mental clarity, mood, reproductive ability and on and on...

Here's some of the common complaints I hear about exercise:

"It's boring and not fun...";

"It's a challenge to keep up the motivation to not  only create a plan, but then stick to it...";

What if we addressed the concerns and complaints and removed the barriers - could you be even more successful with your exercise regimen, and in return reap even greater reward and benefit? What I have noticed personally is  added discipline and focus that carries over to other areas of my life as a result of getting into a great workout routine with structure and accountability.
