We love diffusing essential oils in office as it adds to ambiance and experience. Specifically, I utilize eucalyptus as it's energizing and supports respiratory function. 

There are so many benefits and ways to utilize these oils.

Lemon oil can be utilized to improve mood and reduce anxiety. 

Peppermint oil can be used to fight bad breath and odor.

Blending Clove, Orange, Eucalyptus, Cinnamon and Rosemary is not only a great immune function support but also smells awesome.

On Monday, March 2nd we'll be hosting a make & take workshop at 6:45pm. Seats are limited as we'll have supplies on hand for you to try and also if you choose, both make and take home your blends at a nominal fee.
